The number one issue facing rural America today is poverty. As a result, many rural youth do not have the opportunity to participate in the same activities as their peers simply because they, and their families, do not have the means to do so. With your support we can bring everything that golf has to offer and open doors for other community programs to ALL youth that desire it. Creating active and involved youth is not only a betterment of their lives, but also our future.
As we work to establish RYGA chapters and reach youth across the country, the number one need at this time is funding. Financial support allows us to continue to open doors as our network grows. Funds go directly to operational efforts serving our mission via golf clinics, golf camps, subsidizing youth golf memberships, providing equipment use and program support. The Rural Youth Golf Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, therefore, your gift is fully tax-deductible.
If a chapter is already established in your community, not only are monetary funds beneficial, but volunteer assistance for the clinics and camp and always helpful! Golf equipment donations may be needed as well. Please ask your local RYGA Director, or club management team, how you can best provide assistance.
